About Us

Grounded in experience.
Guided by purpose.

Organizations function best when people understand how their work connects—to one another and to a shared mission.

At Kimberly Frank Consulting, we partner with leaders navigating complexity, growth, and change. Drawing on more than three decades of experience across the private, public, nonprofit, and government sectors—and roles spanning entry-level contributor to chief executive—we bring both internal and advisory perspective to every engagement.

That breadth reinforces a simple conviction: clarity of purpose and alignment to values are not aspirational ideals. They are operational necessities. When mission, systems, and leadership are aligned, organizations create lasting impact.

A people-first lens on
leadership and change

Organizations are not single, uniform entities. They are shaped by history, policy, and lived experience. Effective leadership requires discernment to understand these different realities—and the humility to recognize the way decisions ripple across them.

A people-centered approach is not soft idealism. It is a practical commitment. It means asking better questions before making decisions, listening for what may be unspoken, and aligning strategy with the lived experience of those who carry the work forward.

Clients often describe working with us as:

  • Clear in objectives and expectations
  • Collaborative, with thoughtful and realistic workplans
  • An experience where people feel heard, respected, and valued
